Blog Tour and Review: Full Count by Cori Williams

BLOG TOUR: SEPT 21-27
TITLE: FULL COUNT
AUTHOR: CORI WILLIAMS
RELEASE: AUG 31, 2015

Dylan Turner wasn’t looking for love, all he needed was someone to warm his bed and be gone by morning. Baseball was what made his life worth living. The hunger to play, the need to live and breathe baseball—it was ingrained in his blood and veins, making his heart thump, beat for beat. It wasn’t until he met Paige that everything changed. She became part of the game, only it was a game he never wanted to end. Paige’s love for baseball was ingrained in her before she was even born. She never thought she would find love in the form of a baseball player though but that all changes when she meets her new schools first baseman. Was Paige really ready for this roller coaster ride? When the count is full, will what they have survive?

Full Count was a fantastic read and I would give it 5 stars! I actually read this book quite some time ago and while re reading it again I fell in love with these characters all over again. A college romance and a sports book all rolled into one is right up my alley! This book does have quite the few twists and turns and one colossal problem that will potentially destroy the relationship between Dylan and Paige. For the most part of the book you get to see the steamy romance come to life and even though a few wrenches were thrown at the relationship it seemed they always found a way to work them out.. but one won't be so easy .. will They be able to get past the obstacle and move forward or will all be lost? Go get this book now you don't wanna miss it! This is standalone novel so there will be and ending but how will it turn out? Thanks for a great read and can't wait for more from this author!

A cute, quick read.

Paige leaves Florida to go away to college and experience new things. She has a guy best friend, Jake, who was over protective in a sense. Right before she goes to college Jake leaves her with a bombshell.

Upon meeting her college roommate, Kitty, who is her total opposite, she meets Kitty's brother (Christ) and his best friend, Dylan. Chris and Dylan are both baseball players with dreams of the big leagues. There is an instant attraction between Paige and Dylan, but Paige is sweet and innocent and Dylan is your typical male player.

Over the course of the semester Dylan and Paige become better friends, and learn about each other's past. They decide to forge forward into a relationship. This is a new step for both of them.

Can they overcome the obstacles that get thrown in their path?

Who doesn't love a good boy meets girl story?  I know that I do and Full Count by Cori Williams is just that type of book.  I actually read this book a while ago and when I re-read it, I remember just why I enjoyed it in the first place!  This book was a 3.5 star read for me and I recommend it to others.

Paige leaves the comfort of Florida behind to try and break out of her shell on her own in college.  With the help of her girly girl roommate Kitty, Paige begins to leave her tomboy image behind and embraces the new life that she has embarked on.

Dylan always has had arrangements with girls, nothing is ever serious and he doesn't want it to be.  His focus is on school and baseball, that is until he can't get his best friends little sister's roommate out of his head.  Although he tries his hardest to not give in, it is almost inevitable that he will pursue Paige until she belongs to him.

With Paige's best friend Jake showing up for a visit and dropping a bomb on her that she never expected in the aftermath of breaking up with her first real boyfriend, the reader is left to wonder, where does that leave Dylan and Paige?  Will they be together or are there too many obstacles in their way?  You will have to read this amazing story to find out, a story that has an ending you never expect but is a perfect fit to this homerun story.
