I don’t even know how to articulate my love for this book. I finished this a few days ago and I can’t stop thinking about it. I have become fully immersed in this other realm. I might even dare say that I am now in a book-hangover.

Romeria (Romy) is a kid on the street. She hustled the wrong person once and finds herself indebted to some bad guys. Now she is their “sticky fingers”, relieving people of their high end valuables. But someone else wants Romy and Romy is forced to trade one set of circumstances for another. Sofie needs Romeria to free her husband. How hard could that be?

What she didn’t account for was awakening in another plane of existence and for King Zander. Every interaction between Romeria and King Zander is like a tortured sense of foreplay. The undercurrent is there and you can’t but help root for these two.

This book was absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to read more. Definitely one-click this now.
You ever have a book seep into your very soul and linger for days after? That is what this book does. You traverse worlds with it, but it's not just reading a book, it's an entire experience. I still have book hangover from this one. The cast of characters and world building KA Tucker did in this book is so fantastic, you feel like you are transported. Everyone has their role, and every scene is important. Nothing in this book was disappointing, and you need to read it today!! I just hope book two will be out soon. I need it desperately! 5 stars!!
