Makayla, after graduation, puts forth her backbone and leaves her cheating bf and befriends a girl from her class that introduces her to Veil, a high end club that caters to the fetish and indulgences of the elite. It is there where Makayla meets a mystery man who invites her back for a month of pleasure, to be at his beck and call.

Throughout this period of time, secrets are slowly revealed and the mystery is solved, angering and disappointing Makayla. But, it is how she deals with it and grows from the lessons learned that truly make this story the great novella it is. This author did a fabulous job of developing the characters and weaving the tale that keeps the reader engaged until the very end.

I would recommend this story to any lover of the dark, twisted, and steamy. This is a well-written tale that is worthy of a one-click.
