In this exciting sequel to Reaper, return to the west coast city of Alba, a place of assassins, secrets, and romance.

Jay surfaced beside her, sloughing water off his face. The underwater lights slowly changed from blue to the colors of sunset, turning his tawny hair red and making the grooves and hollows of his face more defined.
He didn’t look like the enemy right now.
His face became unusually serious, his shadowy eyes meeting hers. Large, callused hands skimmed her sides, down to her hips, pulling her forward slowly, giving her time to move away.
She didn’t. She’d known this moment would come since she’d agreed to his invitation.
She wanted him to kiss her; needed him to. This is wrong, a niggling voice warned her. But she couldn’t seem to pull away as his lips, wet with the salty pool water, lowered slowly to hover over hers.
“Lina?” He was asking for permission. Forcing her to make the decision.
She closed the gap, her body shaking with excitement and nerves. Her arms went around his neck, and their mouths fused…

Book One: Reaper is on SALE

Release Blitz: Hard to Handle by RC Bolt

Hard To Handle (Book 2 of the Teach Me series) by RC Boldt

Date of Publication: February 2, 2016

RC Boldt's Teach Me series gives us a closer look at just how thin the line is between love and hate …

Fifth grade social studies teacher, Laney Kavanaugh, is no stranger to being left behind – her father taught her that at a young age. That's why she always has her eyes wide open when it comes to men. She's determined she will never again be the one left behind. She doesn't let sex blur what they're really doing; it's always just sex.

Until Zach.

Zachariah Mayson, fifth grade writing and English teacher, has been the bane of Laney's existence from the moment they met at their shared elementary school. She can't stand him. He gets under her skin like no other and is always utterly obnoxious in his attempts–and successes– in getting a rise out of her.

Until the wedding.

The night of their friends' wedding, Laney gives in to a moment of melancholy, knowing she'll never be able to let her guard down enough to let a guy close, let alone someday get married. She and Zach end up having the hottest night she'd ever experienced, showing her another side of him, a softer, sweeter one he'd hidden from her until now. Because now, he hoped she was finally ready to "see" him.

But when you've always guarded yourself against falling in love, can you let go of the past in order to embrace the future?

RC Boldt is the wife of Mr. Boldt, a retired Navy Chief, mother of Little Miss Boldt, and former teacher of many students. She currently lives on the coast of North Carolina but dreams of relocating to a tropical island. When she's not writing, she can be found daydreaming of relocating to a tropical island, at the beach, going running with her family (and contemplating *gently* tossing her daughter out of the jogging stroller to reduce weight resistance), singing karaoke, harassing her husband or relaxing with a good book. And, let's be honest. Most of those activities listed probably include wine or a good microbrew. Except for the running. In that case, the drinks come afterward. :)

What the hell do you–" He stopped mid-rant as his eyes fell on who was standing on his doorstep.

Laney looked mad as hell … and never more beautiful. With anger flashing in her hazel eyes and lips pressed thin, red and kissable. And that dress she wore? Oh, hell. It had taunted him the entire time they had been at The Turtle. Just for the simple fact that it accentuated the curves on the body he'd had his hands on, mouth on, lips on just a few days prior.

"What the hell do I want, you ask?" she snarled at him as she shoved past him to enter the house, pushing the door shut behind her with a loud thunk. "Oh, I'm so glad you asked. I want to know what the hell was with that gift. The one you shoved at me." Her volume increased, her words forceful, demanding. "Why did you give me that gift?"

She was upset because he gave her a nice gift? Fuck that.

"Because it made me think of you!" he practically screamed. He watched Laney's eyes go wide, lips parting in shock or disbelief, he wasn't sure which. They stood there, staring at each other, fiery gazes clashing.

He wasn't sure who moved first, but one minute they were having their angry standoff and the next, their bodies collided, lips meeting in a kiss filled with a fierceness, tongues warring. Knocking into the wall before he righted them as they pulled off articles of clothing, they made their way down the hallway to his room. Leaving a trail of her flip flops, sweater, dress, panties, bra, and his pants in their wake, they made it to his bedroom.

Zach pulled his lips from hers. "Just one night, again, Kavanaugh?" He heard the slight bite in his tone.

Her eyes searching his, she quietly answered, "Just one night. Again."

Hearing her repeat the words, he felt like there was a massive weight on his chest, making it difficult to breath.

Oh, he would give her one night, all right.

His mouth slammed down on hers, devouring her, tasting her deeply. Having her curves pressed against him made him nearly weak in the knees at how right it felt to have her in his arms.

It's only for one more night.

Those words haunted him and he slid his fingers into her hair, tugging her head back to tilt it, moving his lips to her throat.

Mary just wants to get away from her boss, but quitting her job would leave her and her sister homeless. Samantha Stone is pleased to present Book 1 of her new paranormal romance series, Crescent City Creatures. Raphael Saar is an exiled werewolf, a convict on the direct path to a death sentence—for a crime he didn’t commit. He doesn’t care, so long as he can end the human trafficking ring kidnapping women across New Orleans. Recovering from a horrific tragedy, one particularly bad day for Mary Newman has stretched into months. A nanny for a wealthy family in New Orleans, she can’t understand why she’s being constantly humiliated by her boss until the night she learns that he’s not human—and neither is she. Only Raphael can save her from the monster feeding from her misery, but will Mary be able to stop his execution? Content Notes: Spicy, Urban Fantasy, Paranormal, Suspense, Shifters, Wolves, Other Weres, Magic, Ghosts.

Take a whole slew of mythical creatures, mix with a heaping helping of werewolf, add love, mystery, revenge, pour it into the city of New Orleans and you have Punished by Samantha Stone. And the combination more than works for this story!!

Raphael is one of four exiled werewolves who live together in New Orleans, and he just knows his life is going to be ending soon – something he is perfectly okay with until he meets Mary. After their eyes meet across the crowded club, he is instantly hooked and he wants to do nothing more than to protect her and make sure she is taken care of. Mary feels herself pulled and trusting Raphael from the instant she met him, and that is not something that comes easy for her. Her employer is horrible, abusive, and she wants to leave, but since she is the sole guardian and provider for her younger sister, quitting is not exactly an option until it becomes the only choice.

Nothing is as it seems in the city of New Orleans…and that includes the people Mary finds surrounding her; however, one thing is perfectly clear, she has fallen for the werewolf who came to her and her sister’s aid in the club, and she never wants to be apart from him. With a countdown clock sitting over Raphael’s head, will they find a way to be together before time is out? Be careful who you trust because not everyone is a friend…nor are they human.

The story was captivating and the main characters were well developed and endearing. There were even a few twists I wasn’t expecting. Now that I have had a taste of some of the supporting characters in this book though, I can’t wait to read their stories!! There were times that the story felt rushed and off beat, but for the most part I loved it and am eagerly anticipating the next book in the series! 4 stars!

Dylan
I’m living the dream. A successful business owner of a custom car and motorcycle shop in Oklahoma and master of my own destiny. Other than my best friend and business partner my life is my own, and I answer to no one. Then my life changes with a single phone call and I’m back in Kansas fighting for guardianship of my four younger siblings. Now I answer to her, Brooke Porter.

Brooke
I’ve devoted myself for the past six years to my dream of being a social worker. My very first case are the Monroes, and professional and personal boundaries blur as I become closer to them. Now my dreams are of Dylan. The attraction Dylan and I have is heading us straight to unsocial behavior.

What will we be risking if we give in?

I grew up in a small rural town in Kansas and currently live in a suburb of Kansas City. I love to read books that have main characters that are seriously flawed. I love to write and have been writing since I was in grade school. I wrote for my college newspaper and I just published my first book March 2015! It is the first of a series and I am now working on the 2nd book!

Excerpt Reveal: Ink & Lies by S.L. Jennings

Prologue

You know that pivotal moment in every love story, when the hero or heroine makes an imperative move that leaves the other with a life-altering choice? Whether it be a pronouncement of love (I’ve been in love with you my entire life, and I don’t care that you’re my stepbrother) or a salacious secret (I’m pregnant and the baby isn’t yours) or a shocking decision (I’ve decided to embrace what I am… I’m transitioning into a unicorn, and I’m pregnant by my stepbrother), we can always count on this familiar occurrence.

I’ve always deemed them cliché yet necessary in the romance genre. A good plot twist is as vital to a story as its characters. Without it, the hero and heroine would have no reason to change, to evolve. They’d have no reason to step out on faith and madness and take hold of their destiny. Take hold of their story.

I once lived for the perfect plot twist.

I just never expected to actually live it.

I look down at my boarding pass for the eightieth time in the last fifteen minutes. Gate 3B, Seat 2A. GEG to LAX. Final boarding in…now.

Sixteen hours ago, I succumbed to the insanity of feeling, and made my crucial confession. I began that almighty trek up a story’s climactic mountain. And every hour, every minute, since, I’ve waited for her to make her choice.

To make me her choice.

The attendant glares at me from over her intercom receiver and announces that the gate for flight D5611 will be closing in sixty seconds. She’s saying it for only me, because I’m the only one here. Waiting. Crumbling.

I take one last look down the corridor that leads to security. I just knew that she’d show up, racing through the airport, screaming for someone to stop the plane. That was how I’d imagined my story…our story. The greatest cliché of all, and I still couldn’t breathe it into fruition. I still couldn’t get her to read between the lines scrawled on my heart.

I guess the most epic romances are still tucked away within the pages of her favorite novels, safely swathed in inked lies and faded paper promises. Forever fictional. Just like love.

From International Best Selling Romance Novelist, Hope Hughes, comes a gripping, heartfelt tale of two lovers, fighting for the freedom to…

No. Scratch that. Too cheesy.

…two people, torn apart by the tumultuous tides of life, only to discover refuge in…

WTF? What does that even mean? DELETE.

…two people, confused as shit as to where they should be and who they should love and none of this means a damn thing because it’s all lies!

Lies.

I’m not Hope Hughes. I’m not some fierce woman romance machine. Hell, I’m not even a woman.

I’m a liar.

And while I refuse to believe my own BS, deceit masked in heartfelt phrases of love and devotion, I want to make her believe them. Because maybe—just maybe—if she can find the soul within my words, she’ll also be able to find the truth scribbled on my heart.

You see, I once lived for the perfect plot twist.

I just never expected to actually live it.

This is my story. Well, maybe her story. I just wish I could make it our story.

The one I’m still writing.
