The story starts with Capri coming upon her boyfriend cheating on her, resulting in a breakup. This is when Wes finally sees a chance and decides to take a leap in hopes that Capri will give him a chance.
Both harbor secrets from their past that has lead them to where they are now. The sassy banter between these two is hilarious and you can see why the fit and will be good for each other. They each make the other want to be the best person for the other.
Can they make it once their secrets are let out of the bag?
This was a great story about acceptance and feeling worthy enough to accept love.

Truth In Watercolors by Kimberly Rose is the second book in the Truth Series. I wasn't sure that a story could surpass that of August and Kensie but Kimberly Rose surprised me with Wes and Capri's story; so much so that I am unable to choose which couple I like more! A book of knowing who you are while hiding it from the world and finally taking the chance to be vulnerable and show it to the world, Kimberly Rose will grab you from the very first words that are uttered by the blunt, caring and sexy Wes to the very last by Capri. I stayed up until the wee hours of the morning to see how their story played out and I was far from disappointed. This book is 4.5 water-colored paint brushes and I know that you will love it as much as I do!
Weston Monroe appears at first glance to be the bad boy playboy with a different girl every night but as you continue to read you discover that he is so much more, if he is that at all. Always saying what he means, regardless of the way that other people perceive it, Wes is everything that a girl could want in a guy, everything that Capri has always wanted but knows that she will never have; especially since he is her brother's August best friend.

It is only when Capri reveals a secret that she has hidden from everyone her whole life, including her brother and Wes gives her a glimpse into the world where he grew up that they each seem to let their walls down so that they can truly and wholly be together as a couple. Or do they?
This book has everything that you look for in an amazing story and I guarantee that you will become enthralled with it as I did! I cannot wait for what comes next from Kimberly Rose! She is an author to keep on your radar!
