Well as most know by reading my reviews I am a huge fan of this author.. whether she writes alone or in combo with Penelope. I seriously have not read a book I didn't enjoy or give less than a 4 stars on... and this one is no different! This story gripped me from the beginning and held on tight to the very end. It was everything you would want or need in a story! I would give it a huge 4.5 stars and highly recommend to others for sure!

Bennett and Annalise and vying for the same job... competitors since there company merged... one problem they have the same position and even though there are 2 positions available one is in Texas. Neither want to leave willing so they go head to head. When they thought the heat at work was steaming they won't know what hit them when they decide to take a leap between the sheets.. but what happens when one will be the winner and one the loser in the end?

Gah! I absolutely loved this story. It had all the elements I ever need in a book: angst, hilarity, attraction.... all the feels.

Bennett and Annalise's company merge together and now they are vying for the same position: to remain in California. The other would transfer to their office in Texas. Both have great reasons to stay.

Bennett and Annalise try and work together as amicably as possible. Every time he gives/shows a piece of himself, he draws it all right back in. Annalise is confused with his hot and cold "Beast" attitude, but that attraction simmers and brews.

So will these two give way to their attraction? And what happens when the final decision is made regarding their jobs?
