By now most know that this author could write the phone book and we would enjoy every last second of it! So not surprised that I flew through this book like the pages were on fire. I would give it 4.5 stars and highly recommend to others for sure! This is book 3 in the series but I would say it could be read as a standalone- but I do recommend reading the other books in the series because they are magnificent as well!

A second-chance romance at its finest, Mack is from the wrong sides of the track and he always believed Izzy can do better than him so he set out to break her heart so she would follow through with her plans, 13 years later Izzy comes back... but she has secrets of her own and her heart never fully mended... what will happen when all is laid bare, will they still have only pieces of each other's hearts or can they finally get the whole package?

What a great conclusion to this trio of books.

Mack and Izzy had been attached at the hip since they were little, eventually, their relationship blossoms into something more. But Mack is from "the wrong side of the tracks" and always felt like Izzy could do better than what he could offer her. He breaks her heart and she leaves.

13 years later and she is back, only its not just her. Old feelings immediately rise to the surface. Their attraction palpable, only its not just herself she needs to consider if she is going to let Mack back in.

Oh, the twists and turns this book takes, the heartbreak. It was amazing. I couldn't put it down. Definitely one-click this now.
