Winnie decides she's going alone on a vacation.  Problem is, she drives her car right into some mud on a back road after getting lost.  Thankfully, she sees some lights, which lead her straight to a house full of hot professional hockey players.   She is reluctant to intrude, but she is convinced to stay.

She finds out then that the guy she likes the most, Pacey Lawes, is the half brother of her ex-boyfriend.  Getting involved would be a horrible decision, right?

Kiss and Don’t Tell is the first in a new series, about hockey players, by Meghan Quinn. And let me say I can’t wait to get my hands on the rest of this tight knit group of guys.

This story starts with the goalie for the Vancouver Agitators, Pacey Lawes. If you know anything about hockey, you know most guys go by their last name that has turned into a sort of nickname. The Agitators season is over, they weren’t able to advance to the finals, and the 5 of them are hanging out in a secluded cabin, needing much R&R. But Pacey can’t let go of the loss, he is beating himself up over it… did he freeze and miss the puck? A much needed distraction comes in the form of a lost and alone girl, whose car broke down in the middle of a fierce storm.

Winnie stumbles upon a cabin, the only beacon of light in the crazy storm. Fresh from a breakup, her mother’s death and no clear direction, she takes a spur of the moment trip only to end up stranded. But how bad can it be with 5 hot hockey players willing to help you out, especially Pacey. What they don’t know is that they’re already connected.

I loved this story. Winnie and Pacey, both, end up helping each other to overcome past obstacles and struggles. The comradery of the 5 guys and their convos are hilarious. I can’t wait to see who the next player’s story will be…. Hornsby? Taters? Posy? Or Holmes? Definitely one-click this now.
