This duet will blow you away. After the first book, I had to dive into book number two immediately so I would know what happened next. I didn't want to put it down and read it like I was starved and that was my last meal. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it all. Now, I will say that there are a few scenes in both book that had me cringing and almost putting the book down, but not because I hated it or anything like that. There are intense passages that will have you on the edge of your seat and some are a little more intense than what you may be used to. There are also some scenes that are just a little too much. None of that distracts from this amazing book. 5 stars and you have to one-click it today!
OMG! Just... wow! From the very first scene, you, as a reader, are taken into the deep, dark, gritty, emotional story that will blow your mind and leave you breathless. I was glad the author left a trigger warning as this story was everything the blurb says and so much more.
I couldn't put this one down once I started it. This author knows how to set each scene in your mind and imprint the emotions in your heart. You will feel it all.
