AL Jackson always leaves me a in a world of intrigue with her twists and turns. It makes me want to simultaneously read the ending and to slowly discover how the story unfolds. Don’t worry, I did not read the ending. And let me just tell you, this story had many twists and turns.

Eden Murphy needs to find a way to make extra cash and fast, her job as a teacher isn’t cutting it. She turns to the dangerous bar – Absolution to find a job. Her the dark, handsome and intriguing owner, Trent Lawson, turns her down. He knows that she is as pure as the driven snow and that this bar isn’t the place for her. But she assures him that she isn’t made of glass and that she can handle this job. Imagine her surprise when her new boss is the father of one of her favorite students.

Their attraction to one another is sizzling hot, but Trent is determined not to ruin her. But it’s too late. They can’t stop the attraction. But many twists and turns are thrown their way. Definitely one-click this now – you won’t be disappointed!


A well-written, opposites attract story full of twists, turns, heat, angst, and hot chemistry. Emotional moments dispersed throughout this story bring a realness to the characters that allows the reader to connect with them on a deep, personal level. This one is a page-turner that is entertaining and well worth the read. Fabulous story from start to finish! Can't wait to read more from this author.
