I don't think I have read a dark romance that made me fall in love with the lead H as much as I did with Kingston. And Ava - poor girl had such a horrible background but she didn't allow it to hold her back from working hard to create a future for herself only for her brother's debts to strip it all away. 

This one was a dark, twisted story that left me crying at moments, sighing at others, and rooting for these two. Kingston held feelings for Ava that he didn't want to feel or admit to, and Ava experienced emotions and physical reactions I don't think she was ready to admit to herself she needed.

He wanted her, he took her, and he made no apologies. And, if I am honest, I don't think he needed to make any...
