A romantic European vacation is the perfect excuse to let go in this highly anticipated sequel to No Love Allowed by Kate Evangelista.
Everyone knows that Nathan is in love with his best friend, Preston…Everyone except Preston. Nathan has always accepted that Preston was too focused on his swim training to worry about love. But Preston is heading off to train for the Olympics soon, so if Nathan wants his chance at love, he has to speak up now. But saying “I love you” is surprisingly difficult, even for someone as confident as Nathan. Maybe a whirlwind vacation in Europe could help? But… what if it doesn’t work out and he loses the best friend he’s ever had?
No Holding Back introduces us to lifelong friends, Nathan and Preston.
Nathan wants two things in life, his best friend Preston and to go down in history as the world's greatest party planner. Preston knows only one thing. Swimming. With dreams of making the Olympic team, Preston cannot see anything beyond his next heat.
In a ditch effort to confess his true feelings for Preston, Nathan comes up with an idea - not only to land him the event of the year, the one that could put his career on the map, but to help his best friend relax and take his mind off the waiting to find out if he's made it to his next goal.
On what Nathan wanted to be a whirlwind romantic getaway, he and Preston manage to frustrate each other to no end. They're both stressed with what's waiting for them at home.
Preston has one last chance to make things right with Nathan when he blows it.
Will they redeem themselves and give their love a chance?
You can't help but feel for Nathan, the awkwardness of confessing your feelings. Finding it hard to know when to walk away. The disappointment.

What do you do when you are in love with your best friend and he doesn't realize it? In No Holding Back by Kate Evangelista, Nathan tried to bury his feelings.
Nathan has always been there for his best friend, Preston. He encouraged him and pushed Preston to fulfill his dreams, and he has been there every step of the way. But it isn't quite enough. Everyone knows Nathan is in love with Preston, and Nathan wants to tell him, but he is more afraid of losing his best friend if he confesses. So what does he do? He suggests he and Preston go on a European vacation so that Preston can get his mind off of his tryout.
Preston wants to get into a premier swimming club in Colorado. His tryout went well, but he won't get the decision for about a month. The wait is driving him crazy. He takes Nathan up on his offer of a European vacation, and things start to change. He is starting to notice things about his best friend that he never noticed before.
Will they be able to cross that line? Or will their friendship fall to pieces? You have to read to find out.
This story was sweet, and I love a good friends to lovers book. If you are looking for heat, this book isn't it, but if you want a story that is well written and full of fluff, then this is the story for you. I love the banter between Nathan and Preston, and kept hoping that they would finally stop dancing and just jump. 4 stars.
