Blog Tour: Royally Yours by Emma Chase

Princess Lenora Celeste Beatrice Arabella Pembrook had an unusual childhood. She was raised to be a Queen—the first Queen of Wessco.
It’s a big deal.
When she’s crowned at just nineteen, the beautiful young monarch is prepared to rule. She’s charming, clever, confident and cunning.
What she isn’t…is married.
It’s her advising council’s first priority. It’s what Parliament is demanding, and what her people want.
Lenora has no desire to tie herself to a man—particularly one who only wants her for her crown. But compromises must be made and royals must do their duty.
Even Queens. Especially them.
**
Years ago, Edward Langdon Richard Dorian Rourke, walked away from his title and country. Now he’s an adventurer—climbing mountains, exploring jungles, going wherever he wants, when he wants—until family devotion brings him home.
And a sacred promise keeps him there.
To Edward, the haughty, guarded little Queen is intriguing, infuriating…and utterly captivating. Wanting her just might drive him mad—or become his greatest adventure.

Within the cold, stone walls of the royal palace—mistrust threatens, wills clash, and an undeniable, passionate love will change the future of the monarchy forever.
Every dynasty has a beginning. Every legend starts with a story.
This is theirs.
I have to say I wasn't prepared when I read this book to be historical... I know I didn't read the blurb... BUT in my defense I just seen it was apart of the Royally series and I absolutely loved the other books in the series so I had to snatch it up! I was pleasantly surprised at how much I did enjoy this story. This is the Queen's book Lenora- I hope that is not a spoiler as now that ive read the blurb it does say that is who this is about ha! I would give this book a 4 stars and recommend to others. I think what surprised me the most was the amount of steam and heat we come to expect from this author was also portrayed in this book and the great story line that took place. IN all this was a great story and all should read for sure... I might have read this first prior to others though... I was a bit confused on who was who because its been a while since reading the other Royally books... but all the more reason to jump back into and read there stories again!

Lenora is the Queen... she has a honor to uphold to her country.. and marriage is apart of that deal... so when he best friend Thomas agree's to marry her she is over the moon because she doesn't have to find another suitor... but when tragedy strikes she finds herself in a predicament when the man she thought she was going to marry can no long fulfill the obligation but his brother Edward steps up to the plate.

Can they make it work.... or will it all fall apart at the seams when they realize its not just arranged and they truly can see a future with each-other?

I hadn't realized this was a historical romance of sorts. This didn't deter me from devouring this. Love is love no matter the year.

Lenora was raised to be the future Queen, there was no choice in the matter. And now that she is the Queen and ready to make changes to help her people, parliament is forcing her to marry. Believing a woman to be hysterical at times, and that a husband would help cure her of that.

For the betterment of the people, she will get married. Never had she imagined that it would be to her best friend's (Thomas') brother. But she had know of Edward through his correspondence with Thomas.

Out of obligation they become engaged, but the more they learn about each other the more attracted they become to one another.

I absolutely loved this book! Want to know what happens? Definitely one click now!
