In this storm, lightning will strike twice.

While the storm of the decade is beating down on the small town of Mossy Point, Chief of Police 'Mac' McLane has his hands full.

Two young people are missing.

One of his trusted friends just lied to him.

A young woman has mysteriously acquired new jewelry and can't seem to get her story straight about the bruises on her throat.

How can Mac keep his town or the love of his life safe when streets are under water, trees are down, and it's going to be a while before power is restored?

And it seems there's no end to the storm...

This is a stand-alone story. While this has some of the same characters as Small Town Secrets, reading Secrets is not required.
Wow! So much going on in this book. A lot of side plots and still it manages to come together in the end brilliantly.

While the storm of the century hits the small town, the chief of police has to investigate a girl claiming to have been assaulted, a car that was run off the road, and the disappearance of two college kids.

This was a quick and great read! Give it a try!

Small Town Storm by Allie Harrison blew me away. Lightning really does strike twice and this book kept me on the edge of my seat. Once I picked this book up, I couldn't put it down. I had to keep turning the page to see what would happen next.

Well written with amazing character, the story flowed and made me anxious as I read it. Don't worry, I don't mean in a bad way. It was great and I can't wait to read all of the other books by this author. I will say that this is a second book of a series, but it can be read as a standalone.

This book is a must read. 5 stars and I highly recommend one clicking this book today!

AVAILABLE IN KU!!

Dark and abandoned, Marston's Tunnel is a place no one dared enter, except the teenage girl who is found murdered there. When FBI Agent James 'Mac' McLane returns ten years later, he hopes to clear the black cloud that has haunted his home town since the grisly murder.

What Mac doesn't foresee are the town's secrets which have been buried since that horrific night. Nor does he anticipate the passion that ignites upon seeing Lizzie Signorino, his former high school flame. But some people will do anything to keep their secrets hidden...even kill again.

Allie Harrison also writes as Allie Quinn. She lives with her husband in Southern Illinois. When she isn't enjoying fun family time, games with friends, reading, crafts, music and winemaking, she's working to build fictional worlds and unforgettable characters.
