Blog Tour and Review: Love's Riff by Jenny Siegel

Title: Love's Riff (Rebellious Youth Book #1)
Author: Jenny Siegel
Genre: Contemporary Romance

Most girls deal with a bad break-up with a pamper session and a shopping trip. Not nineteen-year old Taylor Devlin. With her confidence at an all time low, she immerses herself in music. It isn't just something she's good at, it's in her blood.

So when her best friend convinces her to audition for an up and coming band, Rebellious Youth, she figures she has nothing left to lose. Only she didn't plan on catching the eye of sexy-as-sin lead guitarist Cal Jensen. Taylor knows all about bad boy rockers and has absolutely no intention of going there, again. Even if Cal Does make her feel alive, in the same way getting lost in a riff does. But it's hard to move past her own insecurities, and Taylor isn't sure if she's ready to let Cal prove that not all rockers are heartbreakers.

She knows music can heal her heart, but what if only Cal can make her whole?

Taylor is no stranger to heartbeat...especially in the form of rockers. She's sworn off musicians until her best friend begs her to try out for a band.

The attraction between Taylor and Cal is pretty obvious right from the start but it takes Taylor time to warm up to the idea and every time she does, Cal manages to screw up.

I'm giving this one 3.5 stars because parts of the story I felt like it just drug on. I'd love to have had some more background on Cal but nonetheless, it was a good YA read.

Love's Riff is the first book in the Rebellious Youth Series.

I would give this book a 4 stars and highly recommend to others.

This was another great Rock Star book with a twist that the heroine is also apart of the band.

The banter and chemistry between the 2 main characters comes alive and bounces off the pages straight to your mind and heart.

This is the first book I have read from this author but I will definitely be an avid follower.

Taylor leads a pretty low key life but her friend talks her into to finally living a little.. So she decides to try out for the bassist position in the band Rebellious Youth... she is nervous beyond belief... and when she makes it to the audition more than nerves will spark, flames and intense chemistry will heat up her body..

The bad boy lead guitarist Cal instantly knows Taylor is going to be trouble for him.. but will it be trouble in a good way or bad way??

Get to one clickin' this hot sexy read asap! Look forward to the next book in the series we have a whole band to get paired off!!!
