A STEPBROTHER ROMANCE
Intended for mature audiences only
I met him before I knew.
I loved him before I knew.
I didn’t know he was my stepbrother when I fell for Bladen. I fell for a mystery guy who I spent a long, amazing weekend with. Then he got up and left me, without even a goodbye. I was nothing more than a bit of fun.
He broke my heart.
I didn’t see him again.
Until my mom and her new husband, Jack, decide to take us all on a family vacation to the lake so I can meet my new stepbrothers for the first time.
I don’t see it coming.
When he gets out of that car, my world stops. My passionate lover is…my stepbrother.
He isn’t the same man. He’s a prick and he makes sure I know it.
I’m not the same woman. I’m in love with him and I very much plan to make sure he knows it.
He won’t make my life easy. I won’t give up.
Step-Lover was a forbidden erotic romance that will leave you mystified and spellbound by the chemistry that developed between Aria and Blade. I would give this book a 4 star and would recommend to others. This book will get your panties melting and get your heart beating, but you will also have moments of heartbreak. I absolutely love everything that Bella Jewel writes and this story was another favorite. What started as a weekend romance will turn into a so much more but neither expected to see one another after said weekend, but it with a twist of fate there lives will collide in a unconventional manner and will leave both hungry for more but also fighting the hunger because of the circumstance.
Aria is dealing with her life after a tragedy that no one would ever want to go through. When she goes to club and meets a broody sexy stranger it will change her life forever.. the only problem they never told each other there names just let themselves feel everything they had to offer through a weekend of lust and love. When Aria wakes up the last day they have together Blade is gone and she knows deep in her heart that she lost the love of her life.
Blade doesn't believe in love especially after what his parents showed him love was.. they are divorced and his dad is remarried and his mom has new flings every month. When he meets the sexy Aria in a nightclub he can only promise her the weekend of her life nothing more, but when Aria starts to show that she wants more he will leave with no names spoken or a way to get in contact with each other.
When there worlds collide again feelings will come back but neither act upon them because they are now technically family... her mother his father are married. Will they be able to hold back and not touch each other, will Aria be able to finally get the answers as to why Blade up and left her with no word? They find themselves moving on because there is no way they can be together but when tragedy will strike they find themselves pulled back together.. and they find they can't fight the inevitable any longer.
Go pick up this steamy read. I look forward to more from this author and we will get when Brody and Melanie's story will surface this summer and I can't wait! Thanks for a great story!
Step-Lover by Bella Jewel is a book not only about a taboo love, family, and moving past the hurt of the past so that you can embrace the life that one was meant to live. Aria lived through something that no child should ever experience; watching her father and sister die before her eyes in a horrendous car accident. The memories of that night haunting her dreams every day since and feeling a survivors guilt that she cannot seem to heal from. Aria only feels truly alive one time in her life, the weekend she spent with an incredible guy that she fell for without ever getting his name before he walked away. Aria has never been able to forget that weekend, wondering if she will ever cross paths with that passionate guy again, and she gets her wish; but not in the way that she hoped. This book was a 3.5 star read for me and I would suggest it to others.
In order to make her mother happy for the first time since her father and sister were killed, Aria agrees to spend a month of the summer at the lake with her step-father and three step-brothers who she has never met. Not wanting another family, because she already was a sister and had a family, Aria has a hard time wrapping her head around allowing these three men to be a part of her life. The dread that she feels for this month on the Lake only gets worse when that incredibly passionate guy from the one weekend a year ago steps out of the car that should be holding her three step-brothers. Blade is something that she didn't think she wanted to see again but hoped she would until she found out that he was her step-brother.
Blade is almost enraged when he discovers that the girl that tilted his world on its axis a year ago, the girl that has turned him into a cranky bastard is now his new step-sister. How can he want someone so desperately that he loses his mind and know that he cannot have her? Both Blade and Aria decide not to mention the weekend that they spent in bed but being friends doesn't seem to work out for either of them; each becoming possessive or jealous at the most inopportune moments.
Each trying to deny the way they feel, it becomes almost impossible to resist the connection that they have. So once again Blade leaves without saying goodbye. As Aria begins to accept and become close to both Brody and Ripley; Blades two brothers, she tries to accept that he doesn't want to be a part of her life and tries her hardest to get over him, she even begins dating someone while in college. It is only when Blade resurfaces that things become intense and all of the feelings they have tried to keep hidden rise to the surface in more ways then one.
Will Blade and Aria forget about the perception of them being together is considered taboo because their parents are married and go for it? Or will they walk away each with a broken heart?
