Drama. Lies. Sex.

Welcome to Palm South University.

The weather isn’t the only thing heating up in South Florida. At a school where fraternities and sororities don’t exactly play by the rules, relationships are bound to be tested. Parties and sex are definitely key ingredients in the Palm South recipe, but what happens when family issues, secret lives, and unrequited love get tossed in the mix?

Follow Cassie, Bear, Jess, Skyler, Erin, Ashlei, and Adam as they tackle college at a small, private beach town university. Written in television drama form, each episode of this serial will pull you deeper and deeper into the world of PSU.

Where the sun is hot and the clothes are scarce, anything can happen.

“Stay with me tonight,” Hayden whispers into the back of my neck just as I pull a loose white t-shirt over my sports bra. He wraps his arms around my middle and pulls me back into him, pressing his hard on against my ass and forcing me to exhale a long, needy breath.
“I can’t,” I turn toward him, wrapping my arms around his neck. “I have class early in the morning and a sisterhood event tomorrow night. I have to get some sleep or I’m not going to make it.”
“Sleep is overrated.” He holds me tighter and nips up my neck to my earlobe, pulling it between his teeth. Hissing, I place my hands on his chest and try to put distance between us.
“You’re killing me.”
“I could be pleasuring you if you’d come home with me.”

Well the college scene is heating up on the Palm South campus.. are you curious what is happening next? Well to give a little insight we may finally learn the secret Ashlei has been keeping, Adam and Cassie start to get closer, Erin learns she needs to step up her game as a leader in the sorority house... Bear and Skyler are having a rocky friendship.. and yes more sex and games.. lies..deceit!

Can't wait to read the next episode to see how Jess gets along without messing with the forbidden T.A. .... hmmm what I would do to him LOL!!!

Go get this next episode you won't be disappointed! 3.5 stars!

In the 3rd episode of the Palm Coast University Season One Series by Kandi Steiner, the reader gets a more in debt look into what is going on behind the scenes with each of these sorority & fraternity friends, and how they struggle to be a part of a family while also remaining as individuals.  This installment was a 3.5 star read for me and I recommend this series to others.

Although Ashlei loves the pole dancing that she has been doing in secret, she is confronted with a choice that could change her life in a big way when Hayden tempts her to try something that she never thought she would do.  With her willpower at an absolute zero with him, Ashlei finally gives in despite her reservations.  Was it the right choice?  Will she regret allowing Hayden to convince her that she should let go with him?  I hope we will find out in the next episode.

Adam has been working to get his fraternity back on the map instead of being known as the lame house for so long.  Going against the President of his house isn't something that is normally done but it is a chance he is willing to take so that his fraternity is back on the social scene.  With both Skyler and Cassie in attendance, the reader wonders who he will spend his time with.  Although his lust lies with Skyler, will he start to see that the feelings his has for Cassie come off as more than friendship?  I can't wait to find out.

With Episode 3 ending with the sorority and fraternity initiation, I am intrigued to see what is next with this eclectic group of friends.  I know that you will be too.

Kandi Steiner is a Creative Writing and Advertising/Public Relations graduate from the University of Central Florida living in Tampa with her husband. Kandi works full time as a social media specialist, but also works part time as a Zumba fitness instructor and blackjack dealer.

Kandi started writing back in the 4th grade after reading the first Harry Potter installment. In 6th grade, she wrote and edited her own newspaper and distributed to her classmates. Eventually, the principal caught on and the newspaper was quickly halted, though Kandi tried fighting for her “freedom of press.” She took particular interest in writing romance after college, as she has always been a die hard hopeless romantic (like most girls brought up on Disney movies).

When Kandi isn’t working or writing, you can find her reading books of all kinds, talking with her extremely vocal cat, and spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys beach days, movie marathons, live music, craft beer and sweet wine – not necessarily in that order.
