VIP
VIP: The beginning: A point in time or space where something starts.
32-year-old Sebastian Vanwell, a very successful yacht broker, always loved the design and architecture of a luxurious yacht. His only addiction was being on the water. He loved it, he thrived on it, and he needed it in his life. After a very stable, loving childhood with a few bumps, Sebastian married the love of his life: the one person who he knew would always be there. Julia was his rock, and he loved her more than life itself. Sebastian kept his addiction to the water under control, wanting to keep his time with his wife and son his number one obsession. That was, until he saw her.
Ysabelle Telle hit him hard, knocking the wind from his lungs. This new addiction haunted him, the one compulsion that he couldn't control no matter how hard he tried. Coming from worlds apart beautiful, dark, complicated Ysabelle didn't have the rich, protected background that Sebastian had. She had lived a life of hell, growing up in poverty and horrific living conditions with a drug-addict mother who never cared. Ysabelle now lived for one person, and one person only: herself. She was pure perfection. Her beauty, along with a flawless body, had men lined up and driveling over her- ensuring her success as a VIP.
There are too many words that describe the effects when two diverse worlds like theirs collide. They both have too much to lose to get caught in the forceful pull, which could destroy them both.
Warning sex/drugs/language. Mature readers only.
The Madam
Some people need love…
I need sex, money, control, and power.
Anyone could have those four things, but only one could have VIP. Becoming Madam was never a choice for me, it was a mandated order from the most powerful woman I knew- my mother. I was born to fill her shoes, never to make mistakes, or to show weakness.
You are the product of your environment. They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree; you learn from what you see, not from what you're told. Nature vs. Nurture. I learned from it all; what I saw, what I didn't see, what I was told, and from reading between the lines.
I was raised with the belief that the world spun ONLY because of me. I held power as far back as I can remember, saw things no one ever talks about, and witnessed illegal acts of sex, drugs, and money by the time I was eighteen.
You saw a glimpse of me in VIP, now see it from the beginning. Enter my world where anything goes; no judgments, no remorse, no guilt. You play by my rules, or you don’t play at all. There are no limits to what I can do, or to what I can show you…I will ensure my legacy by any means necessary.
My name is Lilith Veronica Stone, and I am The Madam.
When I agreed to read and review The Madam I was very intrigued. I had not read VIP yet but I had heard the buzz and knew that it was getting some great press. Then I read VIP…. Holy shitznet!!!!! After I read it, it was like what the hell did I just read and why didn’t I read this sooner! I thought to myself. VIP was the bomb… it was one of THE BEST books I’ve read, how is The Madam going to hold up to it??? Well M Robinson did it again because The Madam is just as amazing if not better than VIP. M Robinson needs to give a class to other authors on how to write sex scene because OH.MY.GOD! I just wanted to go home and jump my husband after reading it! Yes… you will get all hot and bothered while reading this… but in a good way!
The Madam takes tells the story of Lilith aka The Madam. She was born into the business and was expected to take over one day. She was groomed from an early age to act a certain way, to dress a certain way, that with money came power and women held the power. Her mother was a cold ruthless bitch that ran VIP like she was the queen. She controlled the most powerful men in the world. From an early age, Lilith would learn this lesson. But being the control freak she was, Lilith always did things on her terms.
"Now, here's the beauty about being me, I am whoever you want me to be. I can be anything I put my mind to. "
The novel covers just about every decade from the late 70’s to the present time and the one thing I didn't expect… Lilith had one constant in her life, Mika. In VIP The Madam was very adamant about not getting involved with a married man. It was shocking to find out the Madam was hiding secrets and lies of her own. I loved the additional to this story and found my heart breaking for her. I felt sorry for her because to her love was weakness, and you never showed weakness. I wanted her to find her true love and have that feeling of unconditional love. She did love something, and that was VIP."I couldn’t let my guard down. I wouldn’t show him any sort of weakness and that’s what love was to me. It was something that people use against you. It’s the very tool that can control and finish you off."
The story also intertwines with parts of VIP. It was fascinating to see the same story through her eyes. Again, you thought you know the story that was told, but you are dead wrong! There are so many complex and fascinating parts to the story that had me dropping my jaw more than once! One thing it's for sure, The Madam is always in charge, she knows what she wants and stops at nothing to get it. She's a ruthless calculating bitch but god I loved her!!! She's truly an evil genius that I wanted to know more about.
It's truly an amazing story that you don’t want to miss!!! There is so much more to this story and I cannot wait for the conclusion of this jaw dropping, gut wrenching, hotter that hot story!! 5 stars is not enough for this novel! It's a-freckin-mazing!!!

MVP
Ysabelle
I love you.
Three words that can make or break you.
I thought I needed to find myself. I thought I wasn’t happy. I thought I needed more out of life.
I didn’t.
I’m more lost now than I was when I left. I have no answers, just endless amounts of questions. It was only a matter of time until the truth came to light. I never imagined it would change my entire life and everything I thought to be true.
It was all a game.
Except I wasn’t a player.
I was a pawn.
Sebastian
The end.
Two words that have several meanings. I never thought I’d lose her. But did I ever really have her…
Or did VIP?
Can love conquer all?
I love and hate when a book series comes to a close. Love it because we get more of the characters we love so much and hate it because it’s the end. We know there is not another book in the works and this is the end of the story…. Sigh…. Going into MVP I felt elated and sad because I loved the other two books. Like I have a girl crush on M Robinson loved and now with this being the last book, this is it for Sebastian, Ysabelle, and the Madam I am sad that this is it! The drama and the angst in these books are phenomenal and this series is one of my favorites from the past year. MVP lived up to its predecessors and had me going crazy until the very end! Well done Ms Robinson and I cannot wait to see what else is up her sleeve!
The VIP trilogy revolves around Ysabelle, Sebastian, and the Madam. The first book is told in Ysabelle and Sabastian’s point of view, The Madam is strictly the madam’s book, and MVP is told in all points of views.
Ysabelle comes from a broken home and made her way to Miami to get away from the hell hole she was living in. She starts working at a bar and becomes friends with the owner Devon. He is the one constant in her life and is more like a big brother than anything to her. Her life changes though when the Madam comes into the bar and shows her the high roller lifestyle of being an escort. Ysabelle is immediately thrown into a life she only dreamed of.
“When you love someone, sometimes you just have to let them go. I did that the first time and he come back to me… Could I do it again? We built a life together. A home. How could I walk away from that? But how could I stay knowing that we both wanted different things?”- Ysabelle
Sebastian has lived a charmed life. He thinks he’s happily married until the day Ysabelle comes storming into his life. Taken back by the resemblance of his first love that has long past away he is captivated by her beauty. He quickly discovers their looks are the only thing they have in common but there is something about Ysabelle that he is drawn to.
“Was Madam right? Was I enough for her? Was she putting on the mask for me, not the other way around? Did I truly have Ysabelle or did VIP…”- Sebastian
The Madam…. Oh lordy what can I say about her but this women is THE SHIT! She is the alpha and the omega and she knows it! I loved her and I hated her! She knows what she wants and goes after it and will not stop until she gets it. She built VIP on her own and brought in only the elite, the wealthiest of the wealthy. She had everyone eating out of her hands, except for the one she always loved, Mica.
“She was like a scared little kitten and I had to place nice, even though I wanted nothing more than to drag her back to The Cathouse where she belong.” The Madam
When their three stories collide in MVP it’s like a tornado. You have the calm before the storm, the utter chaos the storm front brings, and the aftermath of picking up the pieces. But which party is left blindsided? Can Ysabelle and Sebastian make a relationship work? What will the Madam do to keep them apart? What will Ysabelle do to find her own happily ever after that she has never had? Can she go against the Madam and come out ahead? Can she beat the Madam at her own game and still have Sebastian be at her side? You will have to read to find out! Huge 5 stars from me!
“Love isn’t always perfect. It will make you cry, it will make you hurt, it could even make you bleed, bring you down to the ground in agony. I had personal witnessed it time and time again. It’s messy, its chaotic, and it can be ugly, or it can be fucking beautiful. Taking away your breath with each moment and memory.”
