in control, going with his gut and following his heart. Perez definitely knows
how to make us FEEL. We get a sense of Candace’s vulnerability
towards opening up more with Brisban. But

ends with an emotionally charged cliffhanger that will have you jumping into
Volume3 lickety split. It really surprised and caught me off guard. That’s
talented writing to write the unpredictable(insert jaw drop). I hand it to
Kathryn Perez for being able to give a mix of humor, sex appeal and sadness in
such a short book.

writing!
This is a
serial trilogy that was so cleverly orchestrated. It started out with a simple
activity of two people meeting up for no strings attached sex and turned into
more than they both ever imagined. Candace thought she would try something
different. Brisbane was lonely and ready to try something new. They met through
a website and had incredible sex. He made her feel wanted. She turned him on.
It was erotic, exciting and uninhibited SEX.
They kept it up, and as they did, things started to get deeper and heavier for
them. They each have their own story and situation to face outside of
their sexual hook-ups. What the future holds is to be determined. But
fate can be funny! Fate can be sad. Fate can be just what you need too!!!!!!!

I found my
emotions all over the map with this. One minute I am chuckling the next I have
goosies.
I have to admit, I think my new favorite kind of genre to read are serial novellas! I love short little novella’s that pack a punch and leave you thinking, how did the author get so much into that short novella???!!! With Sex Unlimited by Kathryn Perez, that is exactly what she did to us! For one, Ms. Perez is definitely one of my favorite authors I should have been following since the beginning when she first released her first book. She knows how to take a story, add some spice and then bam… rip our hearts out and give us something I never saw coming! She did it to me in Therapy and now again in Sex Unlimited! The only thing that throws me is the title, this book is just not about sex. It’s just so much more to it.
Candace has been picking up the pieces of her life for the past year when her husband ran away with his secretary. Being an editor she dives into her work and uses that as a distraction. On the anniversary of their divorce being final, she decides to do something bold and look up a dating website. She finds Sex Unlimited. A website designed for one thing only, hookups. No relationships… no ties… no heartbreak. She is lonely and decides to give it a go. What she didn’t expect to find was Brisban Calloway.
He has his story of loneliness. Being divorced for two years and a string of horrible blind dates, he see’s Candace’s profile and reaches out to her. They decide to meet and immediately the sparks fly. The chemistry the have is off the charts and holy hotness is it smoking hot!

This was supposed to be a no expectations type of relationship and when Brisban opens open to Candace she is scared to move forward again after her divorce.
Brisban is everything a women could want, he is sensitive yet strong and dominate yet giving to what Candace needs. I absolutely loved him! When both of their ex-spouses make an appearance, holy cow, I so did not see the bomb that drops! It literally left me speechless and saying out loud OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! No lie! What was once a hot and sexy fun novella became a shattered and heartbroken story that had me getting misty eyed! Book 3 is definitely turns the tale into something just so much more! This story is a just phenomenal and its one that should not be missed! I wanted to wrap Brisban up in a bow and take him home with me! 5 huge stars for each book in this series!

that he has a significant career that may hinder her help in the future.

also get one helluva shocker at the end of this one and it has to do with
Brisban. I have a huge feeling that the next book is
going to lead to more
shockers.
