Once burned…

Finding my fiancĂ©e naked on my couch might’ve been a good thing, if her ex-boyfriend hadn’t been with her. For the past eight years I’ve been a witness to the power of true love, but after getting burned I’d decided there wasn’t any hope for me finding it for myself. Until I met Noelle Brandt in a hotel bar. Maybe it wasn’t the most romantic meeting, but the moment I met her I knew I had to have her. The more I learn about her, the more I know I’ll do whatever it takes to keep her.

Twice shy…

I’d already found the love of my life, but I’d lost that love forever. And I’d been lost ever since. But one night a wounded man makes all of that go away. He makes me laugh, live, and feel alive. When he tells me he has no intention of letting me go, I finally begin to believe in the power of true love again. That is, until I find out who he really is…and by then, it’s far too late to correct the mistakes we’ve already made. By the time we both know the truth, the lines have already been blurred beyond recognition

Blurred Lines is the 5th book in the Out Of Lines series but it can be read as a stand-alone.  This story is about how to let go of the past but unfortunately that past always comes with consequences.  I would give this book a 3.5 stars and would recommend it to others.  This book was a little insta love for me and that is why I couldn't rate it higher, but it had a pretty good story line just felt the "love" could have waited a bit longer but the story was a short tale and everything went by quickly.

Noelle has been through a tragedy of losing her husband and a past she wants to forget, she isn't out looking for love or anything really.  She has only been with Roger and she doesn't plan on changing that anytime soon.  She is at a conference for authors to promote and learn some new things for books and her world will get turned upside down when a drunk stranger Riley is standing at the elevator when she is on her way to her room for the night... sparks will fly.. lives will change.. but what will happen when her past will come back after lines have been already crossed??

Riley is the son of a senator and is always expected to live a certain way a marry someone suitable for his family.  He thought he found that in a girl but when he found her on the couch having sex with another man he knew it wasn't meant to be because he wasn't upset she was cheating.. he was only upset they ruined his perfect couch for him.  When he feels like his life is spinning out of control he will get tanked and ends up spending the night with a woman that will turn his life upside down.  The next morning when he is sober he realizes that maybe he wants more from this stranger but what would his family think.. doubts will set in.. but when he can't seem to stop thinking about her his rational side will get thrown away and he will do something they may upset his whole family but for once he is doing something for himself... will it all backfire?  will he choose his family over Noelle?  Or will the truth finally set them both free and the lines won't be blurry anymore?

Go get this whole series you will enjoy all of the stories!  Thanks for a good story and look forward to much more in the future.
